Booking and Payment

Reservations

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 60 days: Full refund minus processing fee
• 31-60 days: 50% refund
• 15-30 days: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund

RidarTruth Cancellations

We may cancel tours due to:

• Insufficient enrollment (minimum participants not met)
• Weather or safety concerns
• Natural disasters or emergencies
• Government restrictions or advisories

In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative dates/tours.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or supplier failures.

Participant Responsibilities

Health and Fitness Requirements

Participants must:

• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• Maintain adequate physical fitness for chosen activities

Conduct and Behavior

Participants are expected to:

Participant Acknowledgment

By booking our services, participants acknowledge they understand and accept the risks associated with adventure tourism activities.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
• Adventure activity coverage
• Personal belongings and equipment
• Flight delays and missed connections

RidarTruth is not responsible for costs associated with medical treatment, evacuation, or trip interruption not covered by insurance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Participants assume responsibility for personal belongings
• We are not liable for third-party service provider failures
• Claims must be made in writing within 30 days of tour completion
