Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations

- More than 60 days: Full refund minus processing fee
- 31-60 days: 50% refund
- 15-30 days: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
RidarTruth Cancellations
We may cancel tours due to:
- Insufficient enrollment (minimum participants not met)
- Weather or safety concerns
- Natural disasters or emergencies
- Government restrictions or advisories
In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative dates/tours.
Force Majeure
